Details: This unique, very special, and limited-edition batch of Apple Bitters was created with care by their team there at Bitters Lab with apples sourced entirely from one of their non-profit partners, The Green Urban Lunch Box, in late autumn 2021. They combined these beautiful apples with carefully selected bitter roots, barks, herbs and spices to create a one-of-a-kind flavor. The bitters were then aged for 90 days in a recently emptied 1856 Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey Cask before bottling.
