Details: We use perfectly ripe plums, oak chips from whiskey barrels, cassia and a few other select herbs, spices, bitter roots & barks to bring this whole flavor together. It's rich, warm, & inviting with deep earthy notes, hints of cinnamon and is reminiscent of merlot.
